Thank you for shopping with Chaap Poosh.
Chaap Poosh sells made-to-order apparel, T-shirts, accessories, and merchandise using print-on-demand production partners. Because most of our products are produced specifically after an order is placed, our return and refund policy is different from a traditional retail store.
By placing an order with Chaap Poosh, you agree to the policy below.
Made-to-Order Products
Most Chaap Poosh products are made on demand. Your item is printed, prepared, or produced only after your order is confirmed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
· Buyer’s remorse
· Ordering the wrong size
· Choosing the wrong color
· Entering the wrong shipping address
· No longer wanting the item
· Minor color differences between screen display and printed product
· Delays caused by postal carriers, customs, weather, holidays, strikes, or events outside our control
Please review the size chart, product description, color selection, and shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items
We will gladly help if your item arrives:
· Damaged
· Misprinted
· Defective
· Incorrect compared to your order
· Missing from the package
To request help, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include:
· Your order number
· Full name used on the order
· Clear photos of the issue
· A photo of the packaging if the item arrived damaged
· A short explanation of the problem
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:
· A replacement
· A reprint
· Store credit
· A refund to your original payment method
The solution will depend on the issue, product availability, and fulfillment partner review.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was lost in transit, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We will review the tracking information and work with our fulfillment partner or shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost and the shipping address provided was correct, we may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
Chaap Poosh is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, missing apartment number, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, we may offer to reship the order. The customer may be responsible for the new shipping cost.
If the package is not returned to our fulfillment partner or cannot be recovered, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
Size Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not guarantee size exchanges.
Please check the size chart before purchasing. If you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size or contacting us before placing your order.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may enter production shortly after purchase. Once an order has started production, it usually cannot be cancelled, changed, or edited.
If you need to cancel or edit an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@chaappoosh.com.
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order is placed.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund timing depends on your payment provider, bank, or credit card company.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our side.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, limited drops, custom items, and promotional products may be final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
Product Color and Print Variation
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, artwork, and print details accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, material type, production method, and print batch.
Small variations in color, placement, or texture do not automatically qualify as defects.
European Union and United Kingdom Customers
Under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(1)(b), the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. This includes our custom-printed apparel and accessories.
However, your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged, or misdescribed goods are fully preserved under applicable EU and UK consumer protection laws.
Your Legal Rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Canada, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or your country of residence.
Québec customers retain all rights under the Québec Consumer Protection Act regardless of any provision in this policy that would otherwise limit them.
