Thank you for shopping with Chaap Poosh.

Chaap Poosh sells made-to-order apparel, T-shirts, accessories, and merchandise using print-on-demand fulfillment partners. Each item is produced after your order is placed.

Order Processing and Production Time

Because our products are made on demand, every order has two time periods:

1.      Production time — the time needed to print, prepare, and pack your item

2.      Shipping time — the time needed for the carrier to deliver your package

Production usually takes a few business days, but timing may vary depending on product type, order volume, supplier availability, holidays, fulfillment location, and other factors outside our control.

We ship to customers in:

·         United States

·         Selected international destinations

Availability may vary depending on product type, shipping address, fulfillment location, and print-on-demand partner availability.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Typical estimated shipping times after production may include:

·         Canada: 4 to 8 business days

·         United States: 3 to 6 business days

·         International: 10 to 20 business days

Actual delivery may vary depending on:

·         Destination country

·         Shipping method

·         Carrier delays

·         Customs processing

·         Weather or service interruptions

·         Holiday volume

·         Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

·         Product availability

·         Fulfillment location

Canada Shipping

Orders shipped within Canada may be fulfilled from Canada, the United States, or another fulfillment location depending on product availability and supplier routing.

United States Shipping

Orders shipped within the United States may be fulfilled from the United States, Canada, or another fulfillment location depending on product availability and supplier routing.

Estimated delivery times vary by state, carrier, and product type.

Orders to U.S. territories and certain remote regions may not be available for all products.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to:

·         Customs duties

·         Import taxes

·         VAT/GST

·         Brokerage fees

·         Local delivery charges

·         Customs inspection delays

These charges are not controlled by Chaap Poosh and are the responsibility of the customer.

Duties, taxes, and import fees may be collected at checkout where available, or they may be charged by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery. Availability depends on the destination, product, shipping method, fulfillment partner, and checkout configuration.

Chaap Poosh is not responsible for customs delays, refused customs clearance, or additional fees charged by your country, region, or local authority.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

·         Product type

·         Number of items

·         Shipping destination

·         Available shipping method

Some promotions may include free shipping. Free shipping offers may be limited by country, order value, product type, or promotional period.

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple products, items may ship separately.

This can happen when products are fulfilled from different locations or require different production processes. You may receive more than one tracking number. You will not be charged extra shipping when this happens.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Chaap Poosh is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner, we may be able to reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost, contact us at support@chaappoosh.com.

Please include your order number and tracking number.

Lost package claims must be reported no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If the package is confirmed lost and the address provided was correct, we may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend:

·         Checking with household members

·         Checking with neighbors

·         Checking your building mailroom, concierge, or front desk

·         Checking around your delivery area

·         Contacting the local carrier

·         Confirming the shipping address on your order

Chaap Poosh is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to help you investigate.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refused delivery, or failure to claim the package, we may offer to reship the order.

Additional shipping fees may apply.

If the package is not returned to our fulfillment partner or cannot be recovered, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

·         Customs

·         Weather

·         Holidays

·         Strikes

·         Incorrect addresses

·         Supplier delays

·         Tariffs imposed after the order date

·         Events outside our control
