Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Chaap Poosh.

3. Products

Chaap Poosh sells apparel, graphic T-shirts, accessories, and merchandise.

Many products are made on demand through third-party fulfillment partners.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, images, sizing, and descriptions accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colors exactly as they appear in real life.

4. Made-to-Order Production

Many Chaap Poosh products are made after an order is placed.

Because of this, order changes, cancellations, returns, and exchanges may be limited once production begins.

Please review your order details carefully before checkout.

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to update prices, discounts, shipping fees, and promotions at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

6. Taxes, Duties, and Customs

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or import charges required by their country, state, province, region, or local authority.

For Canadian customers, applicable GST/HST and any required provincial taxes may be collected at checkout where required by law.

For US customers, applicable state sales tax may be collected where required.

International orders may be subject to additional charges upon delivery unless duties and taxes are collected at checkout where available.

Chaap Poosh does not control these fees and is not responsible for customs-related charges or delays.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Chaap Poosh is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, supplier delays, or events outside our control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Because many items are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, or change of mind.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund if reported within the required timeframe.

9. Order Refusal or Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

·         Suspected fraud

·         Incorrect pricing

·         Product availability issues

·         Payment problems

·         Shipping restrictions

·         Abuse of promotions

·         Violation of these Terms

·         Errors in product information or availability

If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund for the cancelled portion where applicable.

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, designs, artwork, product names, images, graphics, text, website layout, product descriptions, and brand elements, is owned by Chaap Poosh or licensed to Chaap Poosh.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, upload, publish, or use our content without written permission.

You may not use Chaap Poosh content, artwork, images, product designs, website content, or brand materials for commercial reproduction, resale, scraping, automated copying, or machine learning / artificial intelligence training without our written permission.

11. Fan-Inspired and Country-Inspired Designs

Some Chaap Poosh designs may be inspired by global football culture, country colors, street culture, Persian art, food, travel, humor, animals, or other cultural themes.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, our designs are original artwork and are not official merchandise of any tournament, team, federation, club, player, event organizer, or third-party brand.

Chaap Poosh products are original fan-inspired artwork and are not official tournament, FIFA, federation, club, team, or player merchandise.

12. Persian and Iranian Artistic Heritage

Many of our designs draw on Persian artistic traditions, including Khatam-kari, Shamseh medallions, arabesque, eslimi, and Islamic geometric tile patterns. These traditional motifs are part of the cultural heritage of Iran and the broader Persianate world and are not owned by any single entity.

Our specific renderings, compositions, color treatments, and arrangements of these motifs are original creative works owned by Chaap Poosh.

13. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or products for:

·         Illegal purposes

·         Fraudulent activity

·         Harassment or abuse

·         Infringement of intellectual property rights

·         Uploading harmful code or malware

·         Attempting to interfere with website security

·         Misrepresenting an affiliation with Chaap Poosh

·         Reselling products in a misleading or unauthorized way

·         Violating applicable laws or regulations

14. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, print-on-demand suppliers, shipping carriers, analytics providers, email marketing platforms, social media platforms, and advertising platforms.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, platforms, or services that we do not control.

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, messages, or other content to Chaap Poosh, you confirm that the content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate the rights of any third party.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the applicable federal laws of Canada, unless another jurisdiction is required by law.

Subject to non-disclaimable consumer rights in your home jurisdiction, the courts of Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that are not resolved informally.
